We built the floor plan from our concept deck as a 3D model, so we could walk around it before committing to anything. About 1,500 square feet, laid out the way we'd like it.

None of it is settled. There's no lease signed and no address yet, so treat this as us thinking out loud rather than a plan of somewhere real. The furniture is us trying things out, not an order list.
